New

Current Model Year, never registered, under 3,000 miles at time of sale on odometer. OEM Service Contracts of 3/4 years take precedence.

New/Extended Eligibility

Within 12 Months of Factory Service Contract Expiration, odometer cannot exceed 10,000 miles at contract inception date.

Pre-Owned

Current Model Year + 12 Previous and less than 50,000 at time of sale on odometer. Time and mileage are additive from date of sale.

Terms Defined

Terms are time only and begin on the sale date. “New” vehicle coverage starts when the Factory coverage ends; however, term begins at sale date. Example: OEM provides 3 years and a 6 year plan is sold, the customer receives 3 additional years of coverage.
